It's that time of year again!
Property taxes for the second half of 2003 are due for mobile homes, personal property, yield, deferred and real property, and must be received or postmarked by June 20 to avoid a penalty.
As June 20 falls on a Sunday, taxes can be dropped off at the Treasurer's Office on Monday, June 21, but any mailed tax payments must be postmarked before the June 20 deadline, so don't delay!
Late payments are subject to a 2% penalty and interest of 1% per month, and such penalties are retroactive to January 1, 2003.
