Tiffany Crystal Kaden, 17, Moyie Springs, charged January 26 with possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor (misdemeanor), pled guilty April 26, sentenced by Judge Justin Julian to $1,000 fine, suspended, 40 hours community service, 180 day drivers license suspension, two years probation, $73.50 court costs.
Wesley James Main, 56, Sandpoint, charged December 3, 2003, with driving under the influence (misdemeanor), amended to inattentive/careless driving (misdemeanor), pled guilty April 26, sentenced by Judge Justin Julian to two days in jail, suspended, $300 fine, two years probation, $373.50 court costs.
Pete E. Waltering, 28, Bonners Ferry, charged March 9 with use of telephone to make harassing/obscene calls (misdemeanor), dismissed April 27.
Robert Glen Wolf, 19, Naples, charged February 24 with domestic battery (misdemeanor), dismissed April 27.
Terrill Roderick Boss, 41, Bonners Ferry, charged March 22 with consumption of beer/open container (misdemeanor), pled guilty April 26, sentenced by Judge Justin Julian to $36.50 fine and $65.50 court costs.
Jacqueline D.
