Charge of possession of open container dismissed.
Kyle John Lee, 23, Spokane; charged September 14, 2003 with driving without privileges, dismissed by Judge Steve Verby, $100 restitution ordered.
Lynette M. Philbrook, 38, Hayden; charged January 6, 2004 with battery (misdemeanor), charge amended to disturbing the peace (misdemeanor), judgment withheld by Judge Debra Heise March 24.
Nigel A. Wright, 25, Leaburs, Oregon; charged with failing to stop at the scene of an injury accident (misdemeanor), plead guilty March 25, sentenced by Judge Justin Julian to $300 fine, 90 days in jail, suspended, two years probation, $75,50 court costs.

Deanne Lana Kucherry, 43, Bonners Ferry; charged January 24, 2004, with battery, charge amended to disturbing the peace, found guilty March 23, sentenced by Judge Justin Julian to 90 days in jail, 88 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, if fail to appear for SILP, jail increased to 10 days, $226.50 fine, $200 suspended, $478.10 restitution, no contact with victim, one year probation, $73.50 court costs.
Betty Mack, 38, Troy, Montana; charged May 18, 2003 with invalid drivers license (misdemeanor), pled guilty March 22, sentenced by Judge Justin Julian to $100 fine, 30 days in jail, suspended, one year probation, $73.50 court costs.
