Notice of Public Hearing
The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application SUB 0511 by Gary Williams, who is seeking to develop The Meadows at Fall Creek, a 44-lot subdivision of 295 acres on County Road 11 in six parcels in Section 10, Township 60 North, Range 01 West, owned by Terral and Kyla Jeppesen.
The parcel is currently zoned agriculture/forestry and the proposed sketch shows parcels ranging in size from five acres to 6.98 acres.
The deadline for written comment and material is 5 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2005. Written comment may be mailed to Boundary County Planning and Zoning, PO Box 419, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, faxed to (208) 267-1205, or emailed to planning@boundarycounty.org. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be a five-minute limit per person on verbal testimony.
