Notice of Public Hearing
The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application SUB 05-10 by Nelson Mast, Naples, to develop the Meadow Creek Estates Subdivision.
Specifically, the applicant is proposing to divide a 226.77-acre parcel on Meadow Creek Road, specifically, RP62N02E080010A, into 37 lots ranging in size from five to 10 acres, and to set aside a meadow as a non-buildable area. The property is bordered by U.S. Forest Service land to the east and west, and common hiking and riding trails would be incorporated into the design.
The parcel is zoned agriculture/suburban, which requires a minimum five-acre parcel size.
The deadline for written comment and material is 5 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2005. Written comment may be mailed to Boundary County Planning and Zoning, PO Box 419, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, faxed to (208) 267-1205, or emailed to planning@boundarycounty.org. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be a five-minute limit per person on verbal testimony.
