The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15,, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application AM 05-11 by Plato Family LTD Partnership, Jean Plato, Trustee.
Specifically, the applicant is seeking to amend the zone district map designation of a 39.55-acre parcel located on U.S. 95 south of Three Mile, specifically RP62N01E151811A, from its current zoning of agriculture/suburban to rural residential, which allows residential use on parcels at least one acre in size or larger.
The deadline for written comment and material is 5 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2005. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be a five (5) minute limit per person on verbal testimony.
