The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application AM 0510 by Scot Lindsay, Bonners Ferry, who is seeking to amend the zone district map on a parcel located at the Four Corners intersection in the Paradise Valley at the intersection of County Roads 21 and 22, specifically parcel RP61N01E143311A, which is 4.94-acres in size.
The parcel is currently zoned agriculture/suburban and the applicant is requesting it be zoned rural community/commercial to accommodate a business established in 1998 as a home-based business and which has expanded.
The deadline for written comment and material is 5 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2005. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be a five (5) minute limit per person on verbal testimony.
