The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application AM 0510 by Scot Lindsay, Bonners Ferry, who is seeking to amend the zone district map on a parcel located at the Four Corners intersection in the Paradise Valley at the intersection of County Roads 21 and 22, specifically parcel RP61N01E143311A, which is 4.94-acres in size. The parcel is currently zoned agriculture/suburban and the applicant is requesting it be zoned rural community/commercial

Specifically, the applicant is seeking to amend the zone district map designation of a 39.55-acre parcel located on U.S. 95 south of Three Mile, specifically RP62N01E151811A
