AM 05-10

 

The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application AM 0510 by Scot Lindsay, Bonners Ferry, who is seeking to amend the zone district map on a parcel located at the Four Corners intersection in the Paradise Valley at the intersection of County Roads 21 and 22, specifically parcel RP61N01E143311A, which is 4.94-acres in size. The parcel is currently zoned agriculture/suburban and the applicant is requesting it be zoned rural community/commercial

The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15,, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application AM 05-11 by Plato Family LTD Partnership, Jean Plato, Trustee. Specifically, the applicant is seeking to amend the zone district map designation of a 39.55-acre parcel located on U.S. 95 south of Three Mile, specifically RP62N01E151811A

 

AM 05-12

 

The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application AM 0512 by the Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission, which is seeking to amend Boundary County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance 99-06. The purpose of the amendment is to better define and provide clarity of the intent of the Planning and Zoning Commission

The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application AM 0513 by Gene Envik, Bonners Ferry, who is seeking to amend the zone district map on a parcel located west of Three Mile Junction on County Road 30, specifically parcel RP62N01E116011A, which is 37.81 acres in size. The applicant is requesting it be zoned rural community/commercial.

 

SUB 05-10

The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15,, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application SUB 05-10 by Nelson Mast, Naples, to develop the Meadow Creek Estates Subdivision. Specifically, the applicant is proposing to divide a 226.77-acre parcel on Meadow Creek Road

SUB 05-11

The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application SUB 0511 by Gary Williams, who is seeking to develop The Meadows at Fall Creek, a 44-lot subdivision of 295 acres on County Road 11 in six parcels in Section 10, Township 60 North, Range 01 West, owned by Terral and Kyla Jeppesen.

VAR 05-05

The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2005, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application VAR 05-05 by John Miller, Moyie Springs, who is seeking a variance to divide a 19.44-acre parcel into a 10-acre parcel and a 9.44 acre parcel, on property located on Perkins Ridge, particularly parcel RP62N03E083007A. The parcel is zoned agriculture/forestry, which requires a minimum 10-acre parcel size
