Flying Into Spring

The unusually nice weather the past couple of months has been a blessing for those of us in aviation. It has allowed for many beautiful flying days.

Learning to fly at 70

Most students over 60 embark on flight training for pleasure and the sheer joy of flying. Husband and wife earn wings

Jon and Jeanne Adams, a husband and wife team, recently accomplished a life-long goal of obtaining their private pilot licenses.  Jon and Jeanne embarked on the journey of making their dream come true two years ago when they both began learning to fly.

High flying spirits

Gray skies and white snowflakes have made the past few weeks quiet ones for those of us in aviation.  Many determined students have high spirits and are not letting the weather discourage them,  including Jacob Bushnell, Wade Winkelseth, Jennifer Dougherty, Chris Ralph, Jason Garten, and Don James.
